A personal understanding of recovery.
I’m Elizabeth Aurigemma, LMT, a graduate of The Palm Beach State College Massage Therapy Program. My specialty is Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD), for which I have earned certifications in multiple methods and techniques.
With seven years of hands-on experience practicing lymphatic massage, my approach is rooted in both personal experience and specialized training. My passion for lymphatic work began during my own recovery from a procedure, when I experienced firsthand the comfort and support lymphatic massage could provide. That experience inspired me to pursue specialized training and help others feel thoughtfully cared for throughout their own recovery journeys.
Every treatment begins with listening—understanding your individual needs, your goals, your comfort, and what you hope to achieve from your visit.
I value my clients & I do my best to respond as quickly as possible.
I do not answer calls while I am with a client—and you will receive that same undivided attention during your appointment.

Postpartum lymphatic massage offers a gentle, relaxing approach for women experiencing normal fluid retention and swelling after pregnancy and delivery. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your comfort and individual needs while supporting your body’s natural lymphatic process. For postpartum clients, care is provided when lymphatic massage is appropriate and with medical clearance when necessary. Sudden, severe, painful, or one-sided swelling should always be evaluated by a medical professional before receiving massage.
